Our SHOW IN THREE DAYS Workshops take place every summer (during August) at Waterside Arts Centre in Sale. Bookings can be made NOW by calling the ticket office. Courses cost £45 per person* and workshops run from 12.30pm - 5pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Book early as this course fills quickly. Workshops are lead by teachers of drama at Stagecoach and Northern Star.

During our Summer Theatre Magic Workshops, using the theme of Nursery Rhymes, they devised their own play, made all the props, costume and the set, and rehearsed the piece for the final performance! All in just five days!

Starting with an energising warm-up, and using Drama games, the children were taken through the process of devising their very own production.

Then followed the making of the world they had created. Set, costume and props all needed to be made during the week. During the different workshops, sets created included a Spiders Cave, a jail, a hairdressers salon and even a cow stuck on a moon!

Workshops were held at the Alderley Edge Festival Hall, Bramhall Green Brownie Hut and Gatley United Reformed Church. All children worked extremely hard so well done to all those who attended!
